Rail passenger include federal operating subsidies and capital grants for Amtrak and the Northeast Corridor. Water passenger includes international. Air freight includes domestic and international. Other includes domestic freight forwarder's revenues after payment to live-haul carriers plus other shipper costs such as loading and unloading freight cars.
