The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) wants you to participate in the development of our FY2011-FY2016 Research, Development and Technology (RD&T) Strategic Plan.
The RD&T Strategic Plan takes a Department-wide, systems-level approach to advancing our multimodal transportation system, and is written to align with DOT's Strategic Plan. It sets forth strategies and processes to ensure that RD&T resources are invested wisely to achieve measurable improvements in our Nation's transport.

As part of our efforts to become a more open, collaborative and transparent Department, we are seeking public feedback on the RD&T Strategic Plan. To submit your own comments, we hope you'll link to the IdeaScale online citizen engagement tool from this page.
